Can I book for today?
Same-day appointments are usually available. Check live availability online, or call (778) 234-1899 to find a time.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We are open seven days a week, including weekends, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Is this an RMT clinic?
Our massage practitioners are not registered RMTs, so sessions are not directly covered by extended health benefits. If you need insured RMT massage and direct billing, visit our sister clinic. Book at our sister RMT clinic ↗
Which massage should I choose?
Relaxation massage uses flowing strokes and lighter pressure. Deep tissue uses firmer pressure and a slower pace for tight muscles. Tell your practitioner about your day and your preferences.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Fresh linens, heated tables and hypoallergenic oils are supplied. Hydrate beforehand and avoid a heavy meal immediately before your appointment.
Can we book together?
Couples sessions and group bookings are available. For birthdays, friends or a spa day, call a few days ahead so we can coordinate practitioners and appointments.
Are unscented oils available?
Yes. Our oils are hypoallergenic, with unscented options available for guests with sensitivities. Let us know what you need.
Can I request a practitioner?
You can request a male or female practitioner. Add your preference when booking online or mention it when you call.
What should I wear?
Undress to your comfort level. You will be professionally draped, with only the area being worked on uncovered. For Thai-style sessions, wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available right outside the door.

Can I visit while on holiday?
Yes. Visitors are welcome, whether you are spending your day on the lake, exploring the Wine Trail or hiking nearby. Check live availability for your visit.
