Do you offer direct billing to insurance companies?

What should I wear for my massage, and do I need to undress?
Your comfort is our priority. For a Full Body or Relaxation massage, most clients undress to their comfort level and are professionally draped at all times.
What forms of payment do you accept at the spa?
For your convenience, we accept Debit (Interac), Cash, and all major Credit Cards. You can also securely manage your bookings through our online portal.
Can a gift card be used for any service, like Hot Stone or Deep Tissue?
Absolutely. Our gift certificates are fully versatile and can be applied toward any of our regular massage services, including Couples Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Reflexology. If the recipient chooses a specialized treatment with a value higher than the gift card amount, they can simply pay the difference at the time of their session. This ensures your gift provides total flexibility for their unique wellness needs.
Can I book a same-day massage appointment in West Kelowna?
Yes! We specialize in same-day appointments for those needing immediate relief. While we recommend booking online for real-time availability, you can always call us to see if a last-minute spot has opened up for a relaxation or deep tissue massage.
What is the difference between your services and an RMT massage?
Our practitioners are highly skilled in Deep Tissue, Thai, and Swedish techniques focused on wellness and recovery. While we aren’t “Registered Massage Therapists” for insurance claims, we offer the same professional-grade pressure and care without the long medical waitlists.
