For years, residents of West Kelowna and Kelowna had two options: a clinical RMT clinic — effective but expensive and insurance-dependent — or a luxury spa with beautiful amenities but prices that turned regular self-care into a rare treat.
We built Okanagan Massage SPA to be the best of both. A calm, beautiful, clinic-clean environment. Skilled therapists who take the time to understand your body. And honest, affordable rates so that therapeutic massage can be part of a real, sustainable routine — not a once-a-year luxury.
Every guest who walks through our doors gets the same thing: a proper intake, unhurried attention on the table, and honest communication throughout. We don't upsell. We don't rush. We don't pad sessions with unnecessary extras.
What we do is listen. If you come in with a specific issue — a locked-up shoulder, chronic lower-back tension, a long week that's left you frayed — we build the session around that. If you just need to switch off for an hour, we make sure you do exactly that.
Located at 3535 Old Okanagan Hwy in Westbank, we're perfectly positioned for the wider West Kelowna community: a short drive from downtown Kelowna, the wine trails of West Kelowna, and the residential neighbourhoods of Glenrosa, Lakeview Heights and Smith Creek. Our therapists come from varied backgrounds — Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Reflexology, Hot Stone — and between them they offer a genuine depth of technique. We hire for skill and for temperament; our team members share a quiet, attentive professionalism that sets the tone of our space.
We are a non-RMT therapeutic spa. This means we don't issue receipts for extended-health insurance reimbursement. In exchange, our rates are typically 30–50% lower than a Registered Massage Therapist clinic for the same hands-on time.
If you require insurance-reimbursable massage, we happily recommend a Registered Massage Therapist. For everyone else — travellers, regular self-care bookers, and anyone who wants professional massage without paperwork — we're a great fit.
